The pre-show coordination process between the artist's tour manager and the venue / promoter's production manager. Covers schedule (load-in, soundcheck, doors, set time), production requirements (rider satisfaction, backline, sound, lighting), hospitality (catering, dressing rooms, towels), and logistics (parking, security, runner availability). Typically happens 2–4 weeks before the show via email, phone, or an advance form. A well-advanced show runs without surprises; a poorly-advanced show creates day-of-show chaos.
